I mean walrus's do it. Could a fat person stay warm with all of there fat and stuff?

No. Humans are not engineered to live in water at any temperature.
Seals and walruses have a special kind of fat called brown fat that is more insulative than human fat.

I'm not sure but I thought that fat peoples capilarries and veins are compressed making blood flow harder and making it hard to heat there bodies-just a guess-but I hope it helps.
