Regarding the claim that sex burns off the most calorie, cycling, running or swimming actually burns off even more. (Besides, not many people can have sex continuously for hours)

Personally, I think swimming is the best sport for burning calories because:
- It's a low impact exercise.
- A good cardio workout.
- You don't feel yourself sweating cause you're already in water.
- When you're done swimming, you will feel clean and refreshed as opposed to sweety and tired. :)

Any aerobic exercise will work, but please be start cautiously and consult a physician if you have any questions or physical issues.
