I am 20 years old and weigh about 97 lbs. and i'm short. I am skinny but no sooo much, and i've been going to the gym for the last 2 weeks every day because I want to tone my muscles; especially my arms. But I don't know what to do because now I weigh about 98 lbs and feel my arms are getting more fat instead of thin. I NEED to lose some fat around my arms and legs! does anyone know a good diet for that and for toning up faster?

I start getting headaches (mild) I have this pain where I had the epidural my lower back kills like hell before having my son I never had these problems, I start having gas, cramping and stomach aches,. I feel slightly weak. Is it normal and I have this problem I get so stressed and start thinking that i might have some sickness or something last month the day before my period I felt dizzy since then I've been stressing about my health. My husband and family they keep telling me that I'm making myself sick by stressing so much. Can you girls help me. Thanks

So here it goes I was diagnosed with HPV today. I am a little upset and my boyfriend is not taking it very well. I am trying to educate myself more and more so I can educate the both of us and maybe try and save what we have. I understand that it is not the end of the world but its is not exactly a good thing to have especially being a women. I was just wondering if there were any others out there willing to share their story with me. Im a little lost right now.

I feel sweaty, dizzy, and vomit, usually when im in a differnt environment, i have never had this before it has happened 3 times in the past 2 weeks, had the doccheck me out and they said it was anxiety attacks, what can i do, i have to ffly soon and im scared o get on a plane now, im so scared of having another one i dont know how to get it out of my brain

My daughter has a series of small raised lumps on the inside of her vaginal wall, pinkish in color, as well as one at the top the the vagina that is approx. 1/2 inch in length and oblong that is black. She absolutely refuses to see her (male) doctor about this and there are no female doctors in this small town. She also has Hepatitis C. Does anyone know if this is something minor or should we be making arrangements to find a female gynocologist in a big city nearby. I don't have much more details as I am only passing along a description since I am her dad. We do have an open communication about sex and sexuality but I haven't actually SEEN the problem, naturally. She is 19 but very shy. These lumps are a little hard and raised from the skin. There is no pain or pain during urination. She IS sexually active with more than one partner. I know this sounds awful, but i'm trying to be as honest as possible so as to help her if I can. Any comment, anyone?

ive been in three different hospitals in the past 3 weeks for a migraine i can't get rid of ive never had any one like this before u name it we tried it depacon infusion dhe reglan benadryl nortyrpaline depakote pills and i can't get rid of it ive had a cat scan mri mrv and a spinal tap and they keep coming back negative. I don't know what to do but i told my doctor i can't deal with this pain anymore im ready to off myself. If someone has any idea what test or treatment i can do plz help! i live in albany ny i went down to the city (specifically the bronx) and was in montifure hospital for a week and then saw the headache specialist and they all did the same they don't know what else to do (oh ive also done dekadron a steriod (iv) and nothing im beggin you guys if you can help in anyway i would really appreciate it, thanks in advance

Lately, I have had pretty bad acne on my forehead. My complexion is very bad. I hate when ignorant people are always telling me to wash my face better or when they cringe at my face. Lost my job in December, but, wife works. She was on my insurance, and now she has none nor do I? I was treated for eye infection a year ago, but I had insurance then. She makes too much money to qualify for assistance. The clinic will not see me without insurance. How can I get treated?
