I twirl my hair around my finger! It's the stupidest habit in the world. I don't even realize I'm doing it, but it happens whenever my hands aren't busy. There's no reason for it, and it makes me feel like a girl.
I also smoke, drink a lot, have sex with random pretty girls and then ignore their phone calls, and drive as fast as i can always (which is really fast because i used to race formula cars).
P.S.: I have been messing with my hair this whole time.

I know what I need to be doing. I know how I should be working out. I even know how to work out - know it inside out, I'm a personal trainer. I can't get myself to work out like I know I should for the body I want. I feel unhealthy and miserable in a body that women find unattractive. I don't know what to call it - just the way I think?
I don't know what it is really, but my bad habit is keeping myself from being as good as I know I can be. I have no excuse to be anything but my best. Still, I've never felt so unhealthy, sick, and unattractive.
I don't know what to do about it. I keep fighting the temptation to just settle. Settle for mediocre - stop aspiring for the best because I'm not the great guy I wish I were. But, I can't. I won't let myself relax, to lie down and accept a life I can't respect.
