I'm a skinny boy and i like some Bulkier arms than i have. I've not worked out a day in my life and am looking for a good plan for arm muscles and fore-arm muscles -- preferably something that doesn't involve weights or equipment or a gym. a web site or a posted plan would be greatly appreciated.

i dont know what you do for work but if ya looked into being a ferrier or a woodcarver,you'd get some forearms and the like pretty quick! Loggers,firefighters,plumbers all use their shoulder to the elbow to forearm to wrist on a daily basis. Consider seeking employment that demands manual dexterity......and all you toilet minded peeps- dont go there- I really am trying to be helpful!
