I start getting headaches (mild) I have this pain where I had the epidural my lower back kills like hell before having my son I never had these problems, I start having gas, cramping and stomach aches,. I feel slightly weak. Is it normal and I have this problem I get so stressed and start thinking that i might have some sickness or something last month the day before my period I felt dizzy since then I've been stressing about my health. My husband and family they keep telling me that I'm making myself sick by stressing so much. Can you girls help me. Thanks

I know how you feel. The same thing happens to me. It's pretty much normaly. Some women don't get any signs that there periods are coming or some just get bloating and some stomach craps i used to be one of them before i had kids. It's all to do with your hormons changing after having kids.

The only true way to ease your mind is go see your doctor, but sounds like you might be experiencing some anxiety over worring about your periods. Your body is getting ready for the routine of your monthly period and you will experience some headaches and cramping. Your hormones are inover drive. Try to relax, use a heating pad and take some ibuprofen. Hope all works out for you.

PMS,Or PMDD ,It has just become part of it.Hormones change with age, childbirth.YOU HAVE ENOUGH STRESS WITH YOUR PERIOD ,don't stress out.It happens to :most: everyone. Research the web site women to women.com to get the full understanding on any female problem.I have heard many women say that the epideral site hurt long after(yrs) they recieved it. Hope this helps.

Well, I'm not a girl, but the symptoms are normal. I cannot comment on the gas part. For headaches and/or body aches, Excedrin and/or Aleve will help.

Sounds like PMS. My period really changed after having my last child, and she was a c-section. Sounds totally normal. If you are that concerned about it, talk with your gyno, he/she might be able to give you something for PMS period.
