please name som3thing that i can do in the house.its to cold to be outside

To burn calories is to sweat for at least 20 mins. The key to it is "aerobic" i.e. repeated movements that resulting in perspiration. This will not only burn calories but will also strengthen heart. Avoid jumping, if you are above 50. It will affect your old knees (and your house might collapse).

There are various exercises that will help, simple and easy on the old body --

1. Walking on the spot, with knees lifted as high as you can, lifting your hands sideways as you lower your foot
2. Walking up and down steps, and lifting your hands up and down synchronized with your walking movements
3. Indoor cycling, if you have one
4. Fast walking from kitchen to living room and vice versa, swing your arms as you walk
5. Combination of some of the above, to avoid monotonous

The best thing I can suggest is Dance Dance Revolution. It's fun, addicting, and you break a sweat in minutes if you work at it. It's worth it, believe me. You can burn around a thousand calories an hour when you do it continuously. I've been doing this daily.

Jumping rope nonstop burns more calories per hour than running.

try resistance training or push ups weight lifting its also a faster way to burn calories and helps gain musele

If u are legal enuf and have someone...have sex! the best excercise to burn calories. Mosy efficient results.

Get a treadmill that way you dont have to go outside. If you don't want to run than your **** out of luck

If u have a bike in your home, u can ride the bike. It usually burn more fat than a treadmill. :)
