Depends on the STD. If you have open herpes sores which you have rubbed then fingered with then it could be a possibility. But usually it is only from the vaginal, penis fluids transferring or blood. Though herpes is one that you can pass skin to skin depending on if there are sores apparent at the time. You really should read up on what STD you are particularly concerned about. It is also very easy to just go and get tested for them all with a simple blood test to erase any fears.
On the whole though it is VERY unlikely to get an STD from fingering.

it's possible, depending on the condition of the finger, the condition of the are a getting fingered, and the type of std. but it's pretty damn rare. just keep a look out for signs of stds.
