y it is hard for me to sleep after having sex , which i think is the opposite , i feel too much in stress after sex , why it is that ....i feel llike to have a good massage after sex of my head , because i feel it stiffed head , why i feel like to put soo much oil on my head it feels like my head is gone dry after sex , and the oil i put on my head feels better for me ....why these weird things happening with me ... then i have to take some sleeping tablet so to get some sleep , but till morning my brain is running and all the dreams are coming and when i wake up in morning i feel very tired and deppressed , even i feel pain at the back and stiff neck , what u guys think it is , i also feel sensitiveity to light and sound .....help me guys i am 28 male

Well into my first kilometre, there's an intense rush of blood to my legs... and they're NOTICEABLY red.. or redder than anyone else's
and then there's this aching pain that shoots up my legs- so it's a great difficulty to run
Initially, I thought it was something to do with the cold, since I haven't noticed this until running mid-October- till now
or during the summer months
so I thought it was smart to wear sweatpants
ahha and personally, I hate wearing long pants while running since it gets in the way... but still.. I have that problem with the rush of blood, pain, and heat

ok i did a 30 hour famine yesterday and i dont know if this would have to do with it...but inside and around my bellybutton its like brownish and it looks bruised. i didnt eat for 43 hours but i started eating again yesterday after the famine ended and it still hasnt gone away. does anyone know what this is? and please if you dont mind dont say go to the doctors. thanks!

I am 21 years old and I just started having sex with my boyfriend about a month ago (I was a virgin). About 3 times since the first time, I've bled after we have sex. It doesn't seem to be coming from deep inside me, but rather a cut or tear near the opening. Is this just remnants of my hymen still getting in the way sometimes? I don't feel pain during sex, except if he hits my cervix too hard. I have been to a gynecolegist and been examined last summer. So, I'm just wondering if other people have experienced this and whether I should be concerned? Thanks.

I recently had my appendix out in the ER. I was sent home the next day. One of my incisions, I can see has popped a stitch, and is slightly open. I am experiencing a pinching feeling and a sharp pull all over the incision. WHat should I do? I don't have insurance, so is it really necessary for me to go back to the hospital?

I am a 34 year old female. For the last 6 weeks I have been getting sharp pinching pains between my legs when i cough, sneeze or bend forward. It is only on the right side. It feels like an electric shock. Sometimes the whole area on the right side gets a little tingly and it extends into the buttock area, but for the most part, the pain is isolated to that one little area. Sorry for the tmi here, but it is kind of to the right of my labial area. Thanks for any help you guys can give. It just isn't getting any better.

I have taken 3/4 years away from work and studying becuase of mental health problems including anxiety and depression,but am taking steps forward with the job centre and a local project. It si good to see stigma steadily dissapearing. My question is;- how have others found work, what do they find fits into their health and lifestlye, and do you enjoy your work etc. Any advice would be appreciated.
