If you can squeeze it to the surface enough to get tweezers on it, pull it out yourself. Sometimes, a foreign object will eventually fester and work itself out. If it is very painful, you probably need to see a Dr, or if it develops redness. Otherwise, I would just wait and see if your body doesn't take care of it by itself.

I Live in the South and with Warm weather so much we tend to go Barefoot. I have stepped on Glass many times and had the same problem you are having. You will have to have someone you trust, husband, friend, Mom ect. take a Sterilized Pin and dig into your foot and try to get up under the glass and push it up to the surface. Afterwards, put Alcohol on your foot and keep the area clean. Neosporin for a few days with a band-aid is not a bad idea either.. Good Luck

Put foot up for a few minutes, but don't stop the bleeding. It helps push it out. Also ice helps with swelling which will help push it out. Think about it like a zit and try to pop it. You usually can press it up by putting a finger on each side. You also could try cutting skin aroung it with really small scissors, which sometimes helps with extraction. Have someone else help if they are around. There also is something called Prid and when put on skin, and left on for a couple of hours will draw anything out.I dont know where it is bought at

Go to emergency and have them take it out. They will do a much better job and will prevent it from getting infected. If it is in too deep, it might require stitches. You should also get a tetanus shot while your there.

In the meantime, make sure the area is cleaned with alcohol and take an ibuprofen for pain.

Yeah you should try the hospital. I don't like these kinds of questions, the people that ask these questions I can picture asking "help my house is on fire, what do i do?"
