OK, this is my gross problem:

For several years now I've had a condition in the skin of my ear canal. Basically, it itches inside and when I stick my finger in and scratch it, there is a smell to the earwax (sort of yeasty and sour). I've been through a few rounds of steroid/antibiotic ear drops and an otolaryngologist said he didn't see anything wrong with my ear canal. He also said there was no such thing as a yeast infection in the ear. I also cleaned it frequently for a while with hydrocortisone and a bulb, so it's not an earwax issue. I deal with it now, about once every 2 weeks, by sticking a q-tip coated with hydrocortisone in there. It calms the itch and the smell. It feels inflamed in there sometimes, and I can tell because the q-tip hurts the walls of the canal. Sometimes earwax comes out, but nothing odd.

Does anyone know what could be happening, and what I can do about it?

I'm thinking about asking my doctor if cymbalta might be good drug for me (instead of Paxil), but I don't like taking medicine in gel caps. I have Major Depression and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and I just wondered if Cymbalta might work well for both.

I'm fifteen and LOVE PB with some sugar in it (which I haven't had in years). I'm afraid of gaining weight because I eat a PB&J sandwich everyday for lunch and always have, so I don't know if I should eat PB with sugar for dessert or snack but I want to enjoy childhood and not have regrets later. but...i have shaved everywhere for as long as i can remember, but everytime i do so i get red bumps. Does it feel like you are in your own little bubble world? I know for me it is like that. Whenever I see happy people it hurts so much. The deep contrast that I feel from it just scrapes away at me. Sometimes I get so down I have this constant inner dialogue with myself. I can be walking in the mall just relaxing and then the voice comes in saying "Why am I here? What am I living for?". I can have that voice and try to smile but it takes so much out of me. I just want the crap to stop. I want to be free. I dont want to constantly keep thinking of the best way to kill myself so it doesnt hurt. Im trying to get away from all pain because right i feel it acutely. I have a therapist and a psychiatrist and will start going to support groups. When that voice gets strong i lay down in bed and hope i dont get up and do something. What do I do about this? It hurts.

All of a sudden I have these dark spots on my left butt check near the crack. It's not a lot...just a cluster. They aren't bumpy or anything like that & they don't hurt or itch. It's like someone just drew on me. I'm thinking hyperpigmentation or something like that since I am 7 months pregnant. I am afraid of people asking me questions about my life and
