What if somenoe get's knocked out by a blow to the head and you check to see if they're still breathing and they are. Can you move them? Obviously you call 911 too but I mean in the mean time while you're waiting for 911.

You should NEVER EVER attempt to move a person who is unconscious. The only exception would be if the person is somewhere that could be dangerous. NEVER EVER attempt to move their head or neck! If the person is breathing, simply watch them carefully, talk to them, and assure them that help is on the way. There area basic first aid courses available in your area. You can contact a local hospital or fire department to find out when and where.

NEVER move anyone who is injured, especially unconscious UNLESS you absolutely have to in order to get them out of harms way. You may aggravate a back or neck injury. You MUST keep neck straight and back when moving them. Hard to do by yourself w/out proper equipment. They could have injured something in the fall to the ground after being knocked in the head. REMEMBER THIS RHYME: IF the face is PALE, RAISE the TAIL...If the face is RED, raise the HEAD> Support with a pillow under either head or trunk if needed.

Call 911 right way. While you are waiting for them to arrive grab a sharpie and draw a mustache and glasses on whoever is knocked out. Studies show emergency room doctors treat humorous injuries 48% faster than boring ones.
