If the condom broke there is a very good chance of being able to get an STD. If there is part of the condom still stuck in you the you could have what is called Bacterial Vaginosis. BV and chlymidia have very simular symptoms. You need to go get tested for both as soon as possible. The treatment for both is different doses of the same medicine.

The condom itself will not cause or transmit an STD. Only another person can transmit a disease. If the person you were engaging with sex has an STD, then he could have transmitted it when the condom broke. Also keep in mind, even wearing a condom is not a guarantee against STDs. You can still contract many STDs while wearing a condom.

As for your issue, if you think a piece of the condom is inside you, then this can cause an infection and even more serious problems if not removed.. I suggest you see your doctor asap to determine if there is any part of it remaining and to have it removed.

The condom itself wouldn't give you chlamydia, but the fact that it broke and bodily fluids were exchanged could have done so. If you think you have something, go see a doctor. STD's do not get better on their own, and they can cause all kinds of damage if left untreated.
