All of a sudden I have these dark spots on my left butt check near the crack. It's not a lot...just a cluster. They aren't bumpy or anything like that & they don't hurt or itch. It's like someone just drew on me. I'm thinking hyperpigmentation or something like that since I am 7 months pregnant. Why does it have to be in such an unsightly place & I don't have them anywhere else...??? Do u have an idea of what this condition is?

Your butt isn't "such an unsightly place". The face would be a lot worse. Not many people will see, or care to see, your butt. Especially during, or right after your pregnancy. Pregnancy does tend to cause hyperpigmentation, but it usually resolves itself once hormone levels return to normal. Then the spots will disappear on their own. Stick to only letting your husband see your butt. He obviously likes it, and probably won't be turned off by them.
