well i gave up on the 13 dec with patches went right to last week without 1 cig i smoked 40 a day for 50 years i thought i had done realy well all through xmas and new year plus all my family was smoking but i still did not have any .then this week could not stand it any longer smoking again but only about 6 per day so at least i have cut down but i just cant stop for long as i enjoy a cig.dont take notice of all the do gooders smoke if you want as cancer is not always caused by smoking niether is heart desiese .lol enjoy your next cig .anne

I smoke between 10 and 20 a day- have no intention of giving up - simply because a) I enjoy it and b) I refuse to be dictated to by the nanny state

i have been smoking scince i was 11 i am now only on 10 or less a day as i have just had a baby, that has been cut from over 40 a day i intend to give up because, scince i cut down i have found i do not enjoy a ciggerette any more (unless i drink alcohol) and everything tastes a lot better

i enjoy my tabs and smoke about 20-30 a day and have no intention of giving up

hi yes I really want to give up and have tried giving up a few times I smoke 5 a day not so bad. But evertime I try and give up I want to smoke more and more lol it is very hard to give up as I have smoked now for over 20 years if you think you can give up, give up now think of your health that is what bothers me.

HA ha...up untill today i would have agreed with you but I promissed the kids I would stop and .....believe it or not... I would really like to. I been smoking since i was thirteen (40 now) and never really smoked more than 20 a day

Ismoke about 20 a day and love my tabs!!!! But since havin me daughter who is 2 nd a half ( by the way i stopped whilst I was pregnant- the craving never left me) I now feel guilty that I am being a bad roll model. Its awful when your toddler says "are you just having a ***"

I would like to quit but I don't see it happening any time soon. I smoke about 10-15 per day.

i want to give up, when im working i smoke 4-5 sticks a day, and yet i just cant stop, but i will try...i ve tried several times to quit and the longest i quit was 2 years., but it was really hard..all i wanted to do was sleep...aww

I've smoked on average 100 Capstan Full Strength cigarettes a day for the last 40 odd years, what would i want to give up for,,,,,,,,,,,
