Aroung midday someone (not me!) begins to feel somewhat disorientated. This feeling gets stronger as the day goes on and is unaffected by food or lack thereof. As well as the unnerving altered state of mind that starts with no apparent cause, the tips of the fingers become numb. There is a lack of sensation in the fingertips, and an overall reduction in the amount of feeling in the hands in general. This includes an inability to distinguish warm from cold, wet from dry, etc. This has been continuing daily for about a week. Most of the symptoms subside and are of little effect by the later evening. Any ideas are welcome and wanted, thanks!

I met a lady the other night and gave her a ride home, she was wearing the hottest cowboy boots I had ever seen, She sat down and started take them off, I offered to pull them of for her. She smiled said sure, I pulled them off, then I grabbed the toes of her snow white socks and slid them off as well,Her feet were beautiful so I gently leaned over and kissed each sole, They had a slight smell of fresh leather (wow) she grined smiled and the rest is wonderful history. So this is why I ask..?? Opinion please, Thank you..

Question Details: I turned 21 in december, finished my fall semester in college and had a month off- spring semester starts in a few days. The problem is that I was looking foward to this month so I can relax and well I havent been able to sleep well at all, my usually optimistic and enthusiastic thoughts dont come easily and I frustrate myself by thinking over and over why I keep feeling this way. Is this normal? is it cause i didnt have any routine this month - just getting up, watching tv, occasionally going out, _ I find myself thinking and worrying about things that in as recent as last month were never an issue such as when Im gonna meet the right girl, if ill have kids, etc. I was not nervous at all about graduating this spring and finding a job and all of a sudden I find myself in a state of what I can only term as insecurity or unfounded anxiety - has anyone ever experienced this? again i am a normally centered balanced person - at times I do feel like me again

The last 2 friday's I have went out to eat and right after eating...

I start getting really cold (in a restraunt that is warm), dizzy(not drinking), face turned pale white!!

And hands turned white and ice cold, trembling, shaking, trouble speaking, and difficulty thinking clearly.

In the past I have become abnormally tired after eating but nothing like this before.
Not a food allergy either.

If you are a Doctor, Nurse, or anything of this nature please reply.

I do have a Doctor's appointment on Feb 5th, just wondering if anyone had any clue's.

My friend is a 6th grade girl. She hasn't had a eye checkup since she was 4, and lately she is having to squint all the time (esp. when she is reading, watching TV, or on the computer). Those things also give her a headache. If she doesn't squint, she gets a dull ache in her eyes and she says it feels like cool air is blowing across them. When she was 4 the eye doctor said reading lasses were optional (she could read at 4!) but her parents never bought them. She has been having these eye problems since mid-November. She is on a swim team but she has Jr. Hydrospex which are very good goggles, so we think that's not it. She can still see things but she told me it's blurrier than it used to be. She does think glasses are col, but she is extremely honest and she would never lie about something like that (or anything really). Also, she would never want to make her parents buy something that expensive for her if it wasn't really needed. So please help her out. :)
Thanks!!!!

I have a doctors appt on Monday and I want another antidepressant that helps and does not cause constipation, or weight gain. I want to go there and tell him that I would like to try another, besides effexor has too many other side effects and I have not liked it in the 2 years that I have been taking it. I also suffer from social anxiety disorder, so any suggestions would be so helpful to me at this point

i'm 14 and i just had my ear syringed because my ears were blocked by earwax. (the left ear was completely covered and the right ear was partially). i never listen to loud music and i dont expose my ears to loud noise. my dad said that its because after my syringing my reception of hearing was different to my last hearing making me sensitive to all the sounds and i think i have a really slight tinnitus because when everything is quiet and im all alone in my room i can hear a slight ringing that does not bother me at all. now ive got my ear syringed it sort of made it louder. its been 2 weeks now and apparently if people that has slight tinnitus and had a blocked earwax it would make the tinnitus temporarily worse but after the syringe the tinnitus would go back to its previous state from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. do you think that my tinnitus would go back to its previous state in a month?

Hello, I am 37 year old mom of two kids. Last month I had a somewhat tender breast lump before my period. Doctor ordered an ultrasound. The ultrasound happened after my period when I could no longer feel the lump. Ultrasound found nothing. I also went back to doctor who did breast exam and felt nothing. Now, it is back again and tender, and yes I am due for my period in about a week. What is this? Could it be breast cancer? I do not want to deal with this scare every month. Help!
