There is no true exercise that can make you taller, yet as you become elderly, you will start to lose height, and yoga has been proven to stop the height loss. When you do yoga, you stretch your spine, as well as many other parts of your body. The continuous activity of staying stretched will cause you to not lose height over time.

No amount of exercise will make you taller. Some leg and calf exercises will help you be able to jump higher. If you would like to do that let me know and I will tell you what they are.

There are no exercises to make you taller. Your height is predetermined by genetics hon. Sorry.

I don't believe there is any.
Yet, losing weight and toning muscles allows you to "walk taller."
When you have excess weight it tends to pull you forward, or makes you hunch over.
