Yes, you should be concerned. Anyone who has blood in their faeces should see a doctor without delay. Often it can be something minor.

However, diarrhoea and blood, particularly in certain parts of the world could mean a more serious infection. If this is what you have, you must seek medical attention immediately. In the meantime, drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated.

Same as it does if you were in your own country. Get it checked out.
It's more serious if the blood is dark rather than bright red. Then you just might have piles, but get it checked anyway.
