actually BJs, aren't safe saliva won't carry HIV but semen will, so while you are safe (unless her mouth is bleeding) she is not. Just be thankful she does it at all, many women won't.

oral sex is not always safe unless u clean ur penis very well.Plus STD could be transmitted via oral if u didnt wear any condom.Anyways its an issue of swallowing semen or sperms cz swallowing sperms is healthy as long as the sperms are healthy.semen and sperms contain nutrients such as fructose and it is absolutely safe if a woman swallows them.But the idea of swallowing semen isnt ok with several women and societies.Perhaps ur gf is either afraid of STD or disgusted of semen.I thnk u should have a conversation with her abt it and explain to her how u feel if its disturbing u

Maybe becuase she practices safe sex and doesn't know where your whangy has been--yes she can catch STDs through oral sex, and while HIV transmission is very rare with oral, it is possible. Just be glad she is willing to do oral at all, and appreciate her.
