Only eating less and exercising more will help you lose weight. Digestives have a lot of calories so you shouldn't eat too many. Natural yogurt just puts the good bacteria back in your gut but wont have any affect on weight loss.

Exercise is the real key here. I wrestle, and when I need to lose a little more weight I run a couple of miles, and eat eggs and apple sauce in the morning. Just eat better too. Yogurt is a good start also.

If you really want a biscuit and you are dieting, choose Rich Tea, they average 39 - 45 calories per biscuit. Then you should limit yourself to a maximum of 2 per day.
Buy weightwatcher yogs. as many of the others are fattening. Cut out all cakes and sweets.

I have a bowl of cereal in the morning with a banana. cup of coffee. Then lunchtime i have two thin slices of toast with weightwatchers tuna,tomato and herbs on it. Supper time when i am lazy i will have a weightwatchers meal and eat about 2 mandarins and later at about 10 i have a large mug of tea and 2 sugars and maybe 2 Rich tea biscuits. I have been avoiding eating chocolates [ my downfall] and have lost 3kg so far.

Depends what else you eat. a balanced diet with all the correct elements is essential to stay well. to reduce weight you must eat a balanced diet, but less than you normally do - and dont forget to keep fit and do plenty of exercise.
