Why do tears come from our eyes, why do we make a whining sound, what makes us not be able to control this feeling?

Extreme emotions create toxins, and crying gets rid of them.

This all depends on your emotional well being as a human being. What generally hurts you is if somethings triggers you to cry it can be rejection and it is hurt your feelings of some sort. Crying makes a personal stronger and it is okay to cry.

tears are pretty much emotions coming out in a physical form. whether it's becuz your very happy or sad. it's all a form of making your emotions physical

i wish i knew that answer.
i hate it when all of a sudden you get the feeling to cry and can't help it. its been happening to me alot latly. i guess if we didnt cry we wouldnt be human.
