I recently got into selling food supplements and this has got me wondering. Do you use/have you used any food supplements, if so which kind and what do you hope to achieve by them. If not why are you opposed.
(this is not advertising just a question)

I stopped smoking about 3 weeks ago (again!!). But this is the longest period I have done for a couple of years so hopefully this is the big quit!!

But anyway - the tip of my tongue is really tingley. Tongue was whitish, and patchy - now all becoming a better colour (still a bit patchy though). But the 1st centimetre of it at the tip is really irritating. Is it a normal thing to happen, or do I see a doc / dentist??

My 16 year old son with social phobia, which has developed over the last two years, never goes outdoors, never opens the curtains, doesn't exercise and stays up all night.
He is generally cheerful but gets very lonely as i am out at work all day.
He is not overweight but has developed small blue veins on his backside, I think from sitting too much.
He won't go to the doctor or cognitive therapy and has tried hypnotherapy and prozac which has not helped.
Can anyone provide any positive solutions please, I am at my wits end!

I have Bi-polar and am aware that sometimes manic episodes can cause you to behave differently to if you were stable however alot of Celebs seem to be announcing they have it as an excuse for their drug addiction and alcoholism. I think this is giving Bi polar a bad name (not that it has a good one) it diminishes the illness and gives the true sufferers a bad name. What do you think?
