Do you think it constitutes child abuse to stigmatise and burden children with unneccessary labels and give them powerful, often dangerous drugs often against their will and use them as scapegoats? Do you think this WHOLE business entails child abuse?

I was told about a year and a half ago that I needed my lower jaw moved forward to correct the bite. I have had braces for the last year and today I have been back to the hospital to see the surgeon. I was then told that I need to have my upper jaw moved higher. I was a bit taken back by this and now have loads of questions to ask! Does anybody know about this type of surgery or have a personal experience of this. I just really want to know what the procedure is and the recovery time. Also does anyone know how long I would be off of work or sports, (I am a vet nurse and a horse rider) Thanks to everyone who answers. All answers very much appreciated.

hey
for breakfast i eat half a cup of Fiber One Cereal and milk
for lunch i eat 2 egg white omelettes ( with 2 egg whites each) and spinach
and for dinner i eat 3 egg white omelettes again with spinach

is there any reason why i'm not losing weight? wouldn't you expect this kind of diet to lead to weight loss or is something wrong with it?

It seems like ever since I got pregnant and had my baby my immune system is not working quite right. It's almost like if any one in a three mile radius of me gets sick I get it. Especially Stomach Flu's. I have the stomach flu for the Second time since Thanksgiving. I'm generally pretty good about washing my hands too. I was just wondering if that's kind of normal or not. I know pregnancy really messes with your body.

Ok dudes-girls-she_mans-whatever.

I go to sleep at 9 Pm and wake up at 6. When I wake up im extremely tired. Recently i have been staying up all night so i wont have to worry about oversleeping in the morning. I've tryed coffee (disgusting) and the energy drinks (tasty, but wont work) and nothing works. Help? plz?

Ok, I had no dental insurance and an EXCRUCIATING, MIND-NUMBING, ALL_CONSUMING toothache for about a month and a half.
Then, gradually over about a week, it stopped.

Why is this? Is the nerve dead? Could there be an abscess? Will I need to get it removed? AHHHHH! Help!

Hi, I'm 13, I am asian, and I am 5'8 1/2. I have had a growth spurt already in the 7th grade making me from 5'3 to 5'7 but i haven't grow a lot since. i have recently for no apparent reason had numbness in my hands and feet(i woke up like it) but it progressed throughout my body i have just had some blood tests done and they came back as normal,,,,,,now im quite concerned as my doctor isnt prepared to do anything (this is the same doctor that told me 5yrs ago i had and ulcer and 2 yrs later ended up having my gaul bladder)removed) i just wondered if its adviseable just to go straight to the hospital?if anybody knows weather my doc should be doing any other tests? as i know my own body and this is not norma,l i dont think i can put up with it for another 2 weeks has anybody else had the same problem?
