people tell me to gain weight but no one in my family has mentioned anything? i am naturally skinny... so should i gain weight? or continue on the way i am?

i'm 5"1 and 92 pounds and have the same issue. i always hear people telling me to gain weight (boyfriend included-surprising huh).

i eat what i want when i want to and i never gain weight (even after 3 kids). but i do also jog a mile each day and use an exercise ball for 30 mins daily too.

you are pretty thin considering i'm 2 inches taller than you and weigh about the same. but as long as your dr isn't worried and you're not having any side effects from it (heart problems,issues with blood pressure, etc) then i would continue on as normal but don't try to lose any more weight or worry if you put on a few pounds...

For 5 ft 3, you need to be about 120. You are too skinny girl thats in the anorexic catergory. Not saying that your anorexic but your weight is at that level.

If you can gain some weight you might feel stronger, qand I guarantee more men would find you attractive too.

No. Many Asian women (Filipinas in particular) are of the same body type as you are.
