hey
for breakfast i eat half a cup of Fiber One Cereal and milk
for lunch i eat 2 egg white omelettes ( with 2 egg whites each) and spinach
and for dinner i eat 3 egg white omelettes again with spinach

is there any reason why i'm not losing weight? wouldn't you expect this kind of diet to lead to weight loss or is something wrong with it?

as for all diets, you have to burn as many calories as you eat to lose weight.

so if you're not burning anything along with this diet,
then you'll get no results.
