my parents wanna get me an exercise bike cause i want one..
but are you really losing much weight sitting on your butt? what exactly muscles are being worked when you use a stationary bike?
would a treadmill be better? or should i just take up jogging or something?

I Really Love my girl friend, I would hate to lose her...
I cant stand the thought of her in pain.

but about a year ago, I slept with another girl. Believe me I hated myself for it....
I know I shouldnt have, but it seemed like I couldnt control my hormones. and I know that sounds pathetic but its true.

well I told her about the "sleeping" part. It hurt me as much as it hurt her. I couldnt tell her about the other stuff we had done. I knew it would rip her heart out even more, I couldnt bear that.
I love her to much,

Well we finally got it behind us in a way I gave her a Promise ring
I give all I can to show I love her.

and all of a suddon, she asks "why didnt you tell me this, sorry isnt going to cut it."

I dont know what to do, or what to say. I just dont want to hurt her anymore...

And I have been thinking of suicide, so I wont hurt her anymore
Id much rather give my life then to see her sadden

I am only 3 1/2 weeks pregnant and just found out that I have a corpus luteal cyst on my left ovary. I'm really worried and was wondering if any other women have had this and if it didn't effect the pregnancy.

I have thalasemia minor.Not sure if there is a relation, but when I work out, I constantly yawn. And after my work out, I have severe allergic reactions like a runny nose and I sneeze constantly. Even in the morning, just walking up stairs, I get the same symptoms without that asmthatic weeze. I'm 37 and wonder if it something with my heart. My resting heart rate is low=56. I sometime even wake in my sleep because of a lack of breath (like sleep apnea). So I'm wondering if it's more than asthma.

Whenever I do touch it, it send a shooting pain through my stomach. There is crusting around the jewelry.
I'm afraid to take it out, because I've read that the infection can seal up inside your body.

my daughter,13, is going through the term "honeymoon period" after diagnosis of diabetes type 1(may,2006), recently her sugar levels are going upwards than normal,ie. 7, i am thinking about insulin pump for her, is it a good idea or should i go for new device: inhaler?

This has been a problem of mine for a Long time! I think its because my mother is insecure and wanted to make me everything she thought she was not. As a result......she wanted me to be the BEST in everything....as another result I bought this and have the need to become perfect and also the hurt when people put me down for being, "conceited" "all bad" etc.
I don't want to crash from this...How do I gain a healthy sense of self-confidence without turning in to arrogance or conceit and to not get so many people to dislike me but not lose myself and my capabilites and belief in myself.

My 2 year old is getting his 2 year molars in. he has had loose watery stools for about 3 days. he is not sick by no means he is him self, running around and tearing things up. no fever, and he has wet diapers so he is getting plenty of fluids, is this normal and about how long will it last. and is there anything i can give him to help with his tummy hurting so much from his stools being watery, his butt is a okay desitine works wonders.
