Of having no meaningful interaction with anyone for a very extended period of time. The only communication you have is like buying groceries and such. What effect does this have on an individual?

Stress. But don't worry, you can always communicate with God, he will give to you what you need but you must trust him and have Faith in him. You are not alone if you are abiding to God's word.

-How about go to Starbucks or the Bookstore and strike up a conversation with people? How about sign up with a local book club even go to a sports gym and again, compliment people on something and talk to them?
-Sign up for a community class or even volunteer!
Try not to isolate yourself!

You become withdrawn. You don't connect with people easily. You don't feel comfortable around people you don't know. And other social related issues
