I would talk to someone now!! Don't wait around if you really feel that way. Get to a therapist and see what he can do for you. And maybe you should get a second opinion about your meds if they aren't working right after a year. Life really isn't that bad to have these thoughts. Maybe focus on happy thoughts and how beautiful life is or can be, than the negative. Easier said than done I know. But, I'm not bipolar, so, I don't understand your thinking. But seriously, get some help now.

Sorry to hear about your depression. You are asking us when the professionals are having difficulty getting the right combo. I doubt that you'll get the answer you seek here, so please don't hesitate to let your doctor know that you are still having suicidal thoughts.
Do you exercise? It releases natural chemicals and gives energy that really helps. Time in the sun is also an uplifter. Do it in the morning before the depression talks you out of it. Go for a walk.
Certain aromas also help. Do a search for aromatherapy. I enjoy a cup of hot almond tea.
Good luck.

I couldn't catch you exactly as you have not mentioned reason for depression leading you up to suicide thoughts! But, once with cool mind ask your self. Right now you are depressed and scared of some thing and want to die!! Right?? But, have you ever thought what if even after death you won't get peace?? Then? What will you do?? Where will you go?? Life isn't so cheep to give up so easily! Wake up and fight back. When you have reached up to suicide. Then what to worry? And why to worry? Forget every thing. Leave every thing and get away of every thing you are around. There is lot of reason to live life out there. Just you need to learn how to live. Cheer up. I wish you good luck.

I KNOW IT SUCKS! But the best way for you to feel better right now is to find someone you are close to, a family member or a
friend and just talk. Talk a lot. You need someone who will listen to you and understand what you are dealing with. I have a really hard time finding the right person to talk to. So if you can't find anyone you can just email me. I can almost bet we both have a lot of the same feelings. Be careful with the medicines. I wouldn't recommend you to stop using them but you need to let your doctor know asap. that they aren't helping you. Do you see a counselor? I think that seeing a counselor weekly is very helpful.
Good luck to you.

get a good counselor. Watch the meds keep a list of them that they have tried you on. So they don't try you on them again. If your wanting to take your life go in for help. I've never found a med that has worked on me. Don't use any other drugs diet pills, alcohol, pot, caffeine, any other drugs period. I'm not saying that you are but I did to relieve my pain and caused more pain. It made it worse. So I go to see my counselor once or twice a week but I've not gotten any better I just took behavior classes to help me improve my behavior but I know what I'm capable of so I try to stay away from bad situations. I still go off every once and I while and my depression has gotten better since I stopped taking certain drugs that I'm prescribed. I have A very sensitive system and its hard to find meds. for all my problems. PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP! I DON'T KNOW YOU BUT MY HEART GOES OUT TO YOU BECAUSE I'VE BEEN IN YOUR SHOES AND I HAVEN'T GOTTEN OUT IN 21 YEARS. WE AREN'T CRAZY WE JUST NEED A LITTLE HELP TO UNDERSTAND WHY WE ARE LIKE WE ARE. AND FOR IGNORANT PEOPLE TO NOT JUDGE US.

hi zoe,
these depressions and disorders are the products of the materialistic society of y2k.
They are nothing but intangible thoughts which we relate to or we perceive the world in a way that we feel low in life.Ok....I will simplify.....
Understand the science of mind :
Mind is Power.......Mind is God......Mind is a bank with millions of scattered thoughts.........
Your task is to pick up the fruitful thoughts and Channelize your energy in a positive direction..........set goals for yourself...........
Within the mind there is a self conscious mind........which is highly sophisticated.........
thoughts that enter our mind have 2 forms :
either they are like thin air or they are like hard pebbles........we mostly allow these thoughts to take the shape of pebbles and they settle down in our subconscious...........from here begins the shattering of our inner peace and hence people fall prone to disorders.
Im coming across this term "bipolar" for the 1st time and I will help you out to rescue out of it forever.Following remedies if u stick to u will never be encountered with any sort of illness for
the rest of your life :
Eat what grows within the ground --stick to vegetarianism [please eggs are not vegetarian]
Join a good yoga institute near u [there is nothing that yoga cannot cure]
Read bhagwat gita of shri krishna [a dialogue between humanity and nature]
------------------------------------------------------------
Life is a ticket to enjoyment ........ and your soul has taken refugee in this body temporarily..........so ur only task is to enjoy
------------------------------------------------------------
U dont need to waste ur money on those medicines coz they will never cure u rather they will make the case worse
Its my word if u will stick to what i said
u will bloom like a flower
Gud luck
Your friendly neighbour

I suggest getting a good friend or counselor you can open up to and keep trying meds like lorazepam, paxil, prozac, or zanax.

This, too, will pass. In a year, no one will remember what happens today. Ok, that's far too long ... how about in 6 months? Ok, sure, 3 months from now. Heck, maybe by tomorrow no one will remember what happens today.
