Love. Best to start by loving yourself! Make a list of all your positives! You have many, but it is easy to overlook them.

Another good 'technique' for loving yourself is to do something positive for another person. Better yet, do something positive anonymously! When you give love you get love (which is especially powerful when it is love you feel for yourself).
