My job requires me to shake hands constantly & I suffered from excessive sweaty palms & feet for years. Very embarrassing, not to mention a turn-off for my clients. Certain Dri Anti-perspirant, a roll-on (comes in a box) changed my life. You can buy it at Wal-Mart or Walgreen's (about $5). It takes about 2 weeks to work if you use it consistently every day. My palms have been excellent, dry, & sweat free for several years now. I can't tell you how good that feels. I don't need to use Certain Dri on a daily basis anymore - I "touch up" my palms/feet about once a month when they start to feel moist. Certain Dri also has a money-back refund/guarantee if the product doesn't work for you. Hope this helps!

If Excessive sweating is your problem you'll find here very good tips: http://stop-sweating-now.keysolve.net
About 2%-3% of the general population experience excessive sweating a condition called hyperhidrosis which can occur with or without a trigger.
The most common type is called primary (or focal) hyperhidrosis and it has no known cause, although it seems to run in families. You may have a different type of excessive sweating called secondary (or generalized) hyperhidrosis.
This means that your symptoms may be due to an underlying medical condition or disease (e.g., nerve damage or a hormone disorder), or due to a side effect of a medication you are taking. Talk to your doctor.

The hands are just the symptom. The cause is likely to be psychological. Go for the relalaxation/meditation/hypnosis type of treatments.
