my neck and my upper back hurt like hell. it all started once i got a cold for the 4th time since September. it won't go awya-tried yoga, stretching,arnica.Nada!my doctor says i'm tired..help?

I am about to quit smoking using nicorette gum. Yes, I already know lungs/health are the #1 priority, but i want the best of both worlds. My question is for those who've tossed out the cigs within the last couple to a few months, while keeping up on exercise and were actually able to maintain their same weight, even lose weight, or not gaining more than 5 pds. due to regular activity/exercise.

I know my stressors, and am trying to deal with them, I know I havnt been sleeping the greatest either, and I will hopefully catch up on that soon. I am so moody, so irritable, I could cry at the drop of a pin, yes It's that time of the month as well, maybe that's not helping. But, I'm wondering if you have ever felt this way? and what can I do to calm my nerves. My husband sais one thing that irritates me, like "why didnt you do such and such.." and I yell at him, and start crying.. what the heck is this? I'm anxious, and emotional, and I don't know why.. and I want to fix it.. will it be gone tomorrow? how can I cheer up? I'm usually the one cheering everyone else up.. now I feel alone.. any advice welcome please.. thanks..

ever since i stared taking zoloft i have had these really terrifing dreams.
i dont know why?
its hard to sleep but once i do i get these insane nightmares and my fiance tells me that i have been talking in my sleep lately, and there not good. he tells me it scares him the things i say while im sleeping.
could it be just me or is the zoloft making me more imbalanced, and more angry while im sleeping and even dring the day

A few years ago while I was sleeping with my girlfriend I woke up to find myself trying to make out with her while I was asleep.
