when you cough or sneeze you are spraying bacteria everywhere. It is very likely that you coughed on your hand and rubbed your eye. If you are on an oral antibiotic for your infections I would bet that it should clear the eyes up also, if not see your eye doctor in a few days.

yes! there is an autoinfection! or because of reduced immunity after infections>>.. lead to a mild viral eye infection.. Its mild!
