Should I go to the Instacare?

Question

I have been feeling flu like simptoms and my stomach is very crampy my lips seem to feel colder then normal I feel better when I eat but the shortly it get worse again this morning it hurt to walk cramps... last night i couldnt even sleep because i thought i was going to throw up I have had three kids and I am pretty sure I am not pregnant any advice would be great......
