Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. Blushing is your body's phisiological response to what is going on around you. Even if you do not feel embarrassed or nervous, your body feels a rush of some sort and so the blood flows rapidly to your face, ears, neck, chest, etc.
I have a friend who always had this problem. All he could do was try really hard to practice calming his body in any of the situations when he started to blush. If you are able to calm yourself internally and keep your heart rate and blood pressure normal, then you may not blush so much.
And hey- everyone blushes at times! It's okay. Don't sweat it!

Oh god, you poor thing. I suffered terribly when I was younger - my school days were absolute hell - I would go beetroot if someone so much as glanced at me. However, when I went to college I made the conscious decision that I wasn't going to blush any more. No one at college knew me, therefore they didn't know about my blushing. By the time I started work I was much more confident and hardly every blushed. I won't pretend it never happens now - I still have the occasional set-back. But on the whole things are much, much better.

Yes i have,it started about 2-3 years ago because of my manager. He used to tell discusting jokes just to make me feel uncomfortable so i would blush. He and the women i work with used to find it really funny and now i cant get rid of it.When i say hello to someone i blush, when i talk to the women at work i blush.Im only 22 and i work in a pharmacy so as you can imagine its hard because alot of your customers have embarrasing queations they want to ask you.I read on a website that when you feel it coming on you should push out your stomach and lower your sholders.I hope you can overcome this and i hope i can overcome it aswell.

I blush a lot too... and most people think it is cute. It makes you look bashful and innocent! But if it really bothers you, you should probably practice talking in front of people. When I was in 8th grade, my English teacher made us make speeches all the time... I dreaded that class- but it really did help me blush less. If you feel yourself start to blush, just smile! Don't feel embarassed about it!

I had this concern. i do no longer comprehend if that's the comparable for you. I lacked lots of self-worth, so as quickly as I spoke and human beings looked at me, or i reported something that i presumed grow to be dumb, or something extremely, i might pass extraordinary purple. I looked like a tomato some million/2 the time. yet i kinda grew out of it. I grew to grow to be extra effective and that i did no longer get embarrased while human beings looked at me. I nevertheless blush while i'm embarrased, in spite of the undeniable fact that it occurs plenty much less, because of the fact plenty fewer issues embarass me now. If this seems such as you, in basic terms artwork in your self-self belief :)

i don't think it is anything to be upset about. You probably notice it more than other people. I turn the color of a bright red apple. If someone makes a comment I just tell them it is hot flashes. They normally mind there own business after that.!!!

the trick is not to see it as embarassing.
its pretty neat if you think about it
you've got to be comfortable with it yourself so when people say something you don't feel uncomfortable.
i don't know quite how to say it but i hope you understand.
there's nothing wrong with blushing. its endearing even.

Try not to think about it when it happens, ignore it and take a deep breath, eventually you will forget to do it.
At the moment you are waiting for it to happen.
