Try putting an amethyst, obsidian, and agate under your pillow.

Amethyst was used for centuries in Europe to stop the nightmares of children.

While I was on one of the many drugs the doctors put me on after a injury I sustained I too had nightmares. Very bad, horrifying nightmares. They stopped a week or two after I stopped taking one of the dugs, some kind of pain killer do not remember.

Zoloft is a sleeping pill right? You need to pick which one you and your partner can live with. I new the drug I was taking was not going to be live or death, it was just to help me with the pain and to sleep pain free. I had to do some reading but found a drug that helps with both without those nasty nightmares.
You may benefit from taking more control of your own medications and find one that will not give you these side effects, but will give you the results you are looking for. Not all drugs work the same in all people.
Wish you well...

This is not normal at all. The nightmares are concerning, the increased anger is even more concerning. Talk to your doctor. If you don't get a satifying answer, speak to another doctor. There are many different SRIs (that's the kind of medication Zoloft belongs to), and there might be another drug that is much more suitable for you and can help you better.

Perhaps taking some chamomile tea or any relaxing tea an hour before bed time might soothe you.

During your waking hours, take some time to relax and get the tension out of your system by taking a nap, taking several intentional deep breaths, getting a head, neck, and back rub, drinking some nice herbal tea, and avoiding stress as much as possible.

yes . i toook this in the past, only for about 2 months because i hate drugs and thik they are the devil. but i got HORRIBLE dreams... and that is a very natural side effect of the meds. i asked my doctor about this and he said it will go away after a few months of getting used to it, you are taking a very powerful drug that effects the way your brain thinks.. so, of course some major weird **** will be happening... i didnt take it long enough to find out. so... but if you must be on it, try and deal with it... see maybe if your doctor can prescribe you some type of medicine to help you sleep all thru the night ... good luck,♥
