Ok.... I Thought it was funny at first.. and well it still is a lil funny but its getting annoying.. I don't want the waist like the ladies who don't have any fat but they're stomach is still big. It's not fat it's just firm from muscle. I DO NOT WANT THAT. I want a very slim waist, not nessecarily having a lot of muscle. Any advice, knowledge, tips? Thanks

Last night, my fiancee and I went to a chinese restaurant. I ordered a bowl of hot and sour soup. Neither of us knew that there was shrimp in the soup. My fiancee is highly allergic to seafood, and he took a bite. Immediately after, he began to have gas, and about an hour after taking the one bite, he started having severe diarrhea then vomiting. Now, the following morning, he has very bad joint pain. He hasnt eaten anything because anything he eats, he throws up. Last night, he even vomited blood with whatever else it was he ate. If someone has any idea of how to relieve his symtoms that would be great! Or also if anyone knows why he would be vomiting blood, that would be something good to know as well. Thank you.

I am looking to bulk up and I am currently on cytogainer. Although it is working ok and I have gained some weight and strength I am looking for something a little more, obviously without taking a steriod. If you know of any muscle maximizers that will add more muscle to me but minimize the fat that would help greatly. Thanks!

i'm 12 y/o and i just got my period like a day ago. it didn't hurt then and i kinda knew it was my period, and i told my mom. she helped me and told me to wash off and stuff. i put on a pad and then, in the next hour or so, it was so wet, and i had to wash and change again. it's really heavy and i still have my period. it's so uncomfertable. my mom won't let me wear tampons yet, but when i'm a little older, she said she'll condider it. ahhhh, i feel so deprived of my freedom. my period feels like i just pooped and didn't wipe. then it feels as though i just keep peeing on myself. now, it's the 3rd day and my lower back and stomach are KILLING me. i walk bent over in half, cry in bed rolled up in a ball for 2 hours, and spend an hour each time in the bathroom. not to mention, school starts tomorrow, and i have to change do streches + all of my classes are boring we just sit there for an hour while my boring teachers yack in their boring classes. i don't know what to do!!!! please help!!

it's so annoying that I'm getting more hairy around my anus and around my vulva recently to the extent that my bikini won't be able to cover it up entirely... so i have imminent need to remove the hair there but those parts seem extremely inconvenient to shave and pulling them off is really painful. how can the hair there usually be removed quickly without pain?

I just want to lose belly fat, and I know cardio just removes fat overall, not just one area. But will doing 100 crunches and jogging for 30 minutes 5 days a week make someone appear slimmer?
