Braces question?

does gettting the cement off ur teeth hurt?i have herd that it does.

Just uncomfortable. Take a couple of Tylenol before you go.
After they get the braces off -- they put a mold in your mouth to make your retainer

It didn't hurt me but the scraping was annoying. It didn't take very long though. Just keep focused on how great it will be when you get to look in the mirror the first time after you braces are removed!! :)
