Physical exertion shouldn't have a direct affect on pancreatitis. If you received an abdominal injury during the activity, it might affect the pancreas, but regular activity shouldn't.
There are a few causes for a flare-up, the most common being improper diet. If you're eating a lot more after the exertion, or eating the wrong foods, you run the risk of an exacerbation.

Nope. Most common causes of pancreatitis are gallstones and alcohol. There are other causes of pancreatitis but physical exertion is not one of them.
