just be there for her and be a listening ear to her when she needs u, and also give her space. hormones are high at that time of the month and also not having her fella around will also make her feel depressed, so just give her the support when she needs it, tread carefully in certain touchy conversations as women tend to snap at people when they really dont mean to. if pains are her problem, tell her to take a nice long bath to releave pain, and a nice hot water bottle. best thing for a woman at the time of the month is...chocolate, a bath, hot water bottle, chick flick, tissues and a good friend, u obviously care about her if ur asking this question in the first place.

Is this her first period? You are a good friend to have stayed with her, especially if she is feeling embarrassed. She would most likely want to have you around than her boyfriend. Her boyfriend doesn't need to know - her period is her business. Ask her if she feels comfortable talking to her Mom about getting her period. It sounds like she may need a bit of guidance from an adult at this stage of her life.

I'm guessing you're a man, then...
The best thing to do is provide her with as much chocolate as you can physically carry, along with some ibuprofen and a hot water bottle. Then leave her alone.

If you really have bonded with your friend! just do like the little dutch boy did when the sea was about to breach the seawall in holland long ago. When the tide recedes remove finger and rush over to the nearest chemist and get sanitary pads for her, clean her up and apply pads. it is just a medical necessity. peace and best of luck. your friend is so lucky to have you around. lol

I don't think I understand your question. Your best friend has her period? Is that what you're asking? There's nothing for you to do and there's nothing you should do.
What does leave with her mean? Why does it matter if her boyfriend is around?
