I keep getting big red spots on the bottom of my face they are manky. and full of white puss and my skin gets itchy ive tried all the creams but nothing works, i even go to sun beds to drie them out but still i get them anyone know any other way to get rid of them? this has been going on for about a year now im at my wits end.

i Eat healthy,lots of salads and fruit etc and drink plenty of water too.

t's imporatnt to clean them every time they burst with alcohol or some anti-bacterial agent such as tea-tree,hydrigen peroxide (buy in chemists iver counter) or witch hazel. as the bacteria spreads.

give up on the sunbeds, if you have toxins in your skin they need to come out, so try a steam room once a week for a while. Also as others have said eat fresh, raw or steamed veg. My grandma swore by the water cabbage had been cooked in, but make sure you really chill it!!!!

as a teenage punk i was a right spotty little git! but then i stopped using soap on my moosh! and just washed with water as hot as i could bear it.
After a couple of weeks the spots dried up and ive never had trouble since. Now im one coooool dude! lol
try a little less make-up tooo

I'm no skin specialist but try steaming your face for 5minutes make sure the steamer is at correct temperature. pat your face dry with a cotton cloth and wash your face with Johnson's baby oil right after pat drying your face leave your face oily for as along as you can stick it try this for a week or so it may not cure you but it wont kill you either

drink plenty of water the healthy eating thing should be done anyway.wash your face with soap and hot water three times a day, then apply witch hazel-then a good moisturiser

Toothpaste on them overnight when they are sore & red,before they go manky.
Dont squeeze them.
Also try T Zone spot treatment found it in Sainsburys
