Try this site, has some good ideas about aternatives, supplements(type in spots in search) I
t's imporatnt to clean them every time they burst with alcohol or some anti-bacterial agent such as tea-tree,hydrigen peroxide (buy in chemists iver counter) or witch hazel. as the bacteria spreads.

give up on the sunbeds, if you have toxins in your skin they need to come out, so try a steam room once a week for a while. Also as others have said eat fresh, raw or steamed veg. My grandma swore by the water cabbage had been cooked in, but make sure you really chill it!!!!

I'm no skin specialist but try steaming your face for 5minutes make sure the steamer is at correct temperature. pat your face dry with a cotton cloth and wash your face with Johnson's baby oil right after pat drying your face leave your face oily for as along as you can stick it try this for a week or so it may not cure you but it wont kill you either
