I don't want the waist like the ladies who don't have any fat but they're stomach is still big. It's not fat it's just firm from muscle. I DO NOT WANT THAT. I want a very slim waist, not nessecarily having a lot of muscle. Any advice, knowledge, tips? Thanks

The only way to slim your waist is to lose fat and build muscle. If your muscles are flabby, your waist will be big.

The ones you see who have lots of muscle and still look bigger (to whom, exactly? I love that look.) are built that way. If it's in your genes to have a 30 inch waist when you are lean and toned, you cannot make yourself have a 27 inch waist.

If you don't want any muslce then just go out running for excercise and eat less.
