Sounds like a possible case of Herpes. I strongly suggest getting him tested again.

well it may be herpes it may not show up in blood tests. that is only checked while the outbreak is active and a direct sample is taken
it can be spread by oral sex of cold sores are present.
also, he may be allergic to your vaginal fluid. (yes it happens)

I think that he needs to be checked by a doctor and you should also be checked for a STD.

it could be from him taking care of business or a yeast infection yes guys can get them guys that work out alot are more than likely than guys that dont

make sure it isn't herpes. i don't think they have a test for that. Could be anything. Take him to the doctor.

he could be diabetic. i have just learned of this recently with my husband. it could also be a yeast infection as well, see your doctor for correct diagnosis and treatment.
