Get some sleep then and try a chiropractor.

If during a cold you sneezed or coughed hard, you might have slipped a vertebrae and pinched a nerve. I would suggest a Chiropractor. I live and die by mine. One treatment monthly to stay well.

For temporary relief try Asparcream or Icy Hot or a Menthol product. Even Vicks Vaporub on overnight will help kill pain. Aspircream from the drug store has no smell. I hope one of these help.

could be a pinched nerve or a pulled muscle.

Either a good sports massage or good chiropracter can help isolate what is going on.

Use word of mouth recommendations. Make sure it is SPORTS massage, not a new age incense day spa thing. It may hurt a bit when they know what they need to do, and do it. communicate with them.

I have 1 chiropracter that works, and 2 massage therapists out of a dozen or more tried who really work.

Have you tried energy therapy? What about Reiki or Shiatsu massage? Also look into a chiropractor that uses a little device called the activator. Hope this helps.

LOL. YOUR DR. SAYS YOU'RE TIRED? OMG!!! Try a heating pad at least. Some otc pain relievers, too. If it doesn't go away soon, I would suggest you see another dr.
