It seems imposible to ever slim down your thighs, and no girls are ever happy with them. Anyone know any excercise or anything that helps tone the hips?

Background, had abdominal and groin pains last week, but are finally gone. Woke up early this morning because of my stomach, suddenly it starts growling. So I went the the bathroom thinking its gas. But its still growling and hasnt stop. Im not hungry and have no pain, i woke up again in 4 hours and its still making noises, this is the first time this as happened to me. anyone know what it can be?

Hello, i am Sixteen I had Ovarian cancer when i was around 11.. Although i am not trying to Get pregnant. For Future references i wanted to know my chances of having a child later on. I no longer have ovarian cancer.. but When i had sugery they reconstructed my ovary. So i wanted to know do i have any chance of having a child?

I suffered for a long time with itchy ankles and the bridge of my feet. Drove me mad specially at night, even bled from scratching.. One night I sprayed aftershave on my feet & ankles and the Itch went away.. I have done this ever since and I have not had a problem since. Cured I am.. Anybody know why aftershave worked ? Did you cure yourself from something ??

I've been feeling down now for the past month really so went to the doctor thinking I have depression. We had a talk and she went through a screening quiz, she says I am not depressed but suffering from everyday ups and downs that people get sometimes.

I've done a couple of these online screening tests myself today and they all say i'm not suffering from depression. I mean i don't have any of the symptoms etc just feel fed up in general.

I don't feel down all the time but it comes at least once aday. Is it just the time of year or what?

I am 22 and have been smokeing for 3- 3 1/2 years give or take and want to quit but I tried with the patch and didnt work an d tried cold turkey just bought more. What should I do .... I cant quit....!!! GRRR its so hard. I smoke like 14 or more a day.

I wanted to take a supplement to help along my weight loss - but nothing like xenadrine or hydroxycut...I do not want those 'shaky' side effects. I’m trying to gain muscle, I spoke to the trainer at my gym and he said cut out all carbohydrates and eat protein, done some internet research which says if you cut out carbohydrates your body will start to burn away at your muscles for energy. What is the best diet as I am now thoroughly confused!!!

Doc says have arthritis in lower back but most of my pain is in and around the hip areas. Get severe muscle spasms (charlie horses) in hamstring muscles in back of thigh during the night. May be work related. Climb about 30 flights of stairs and walk a couple of miles a day as a prison guard. Pain got worse after a course of celebrex. Side effects were awful also. Pain does not seem to be in joint but more in muscles or tendons. Muscles in back of legs very tight. Can no longer stretch them out without a lot of pain. Am confused about what to do next. Local radiologist thought pinched nerve in back but spine specialist said arthritis. Anyone else have these kinds of symptoms?
