Food poison has caused gas trouble and it has changed its' direction, therefore it is not passing away.
In a sleeping position make your body stiff; press palms on mat, knees and toes of both legs join together and lift them up slowly without allowing to bend. Try to stay at 30-40 degree angle. Gas will pass.
Take some caraway seeds and chew them or make powder and drink by adding warm water. You will be alright in 10 mins.
Take a lemon and if possible ginger. Make ginger paste and add a glass of warm water and lemon juice. Drink this mixture, you will be relieved dramatically.
Eating without hunger, eating stale foods, overeating and bad food combinations create this problem.

Just get out your blender, and get all of your fruit and O.J., and a bit of yogurt, and blend away!!! That'll take away those hunger pangs!!! Smile!!!
