Im not hungry and have no pain, i woke up again in 4 hours and its still making noises, this is the first time this as happened to me. anyone know what it can be?

The only reasons I know of for stomache growling is gas build up, you don't have to have gas for it to be trapped in you, because your hungry, understand also that it takes up to 10 hours for food you eat to reach the point of satisfying your hunger, so maybe your food just takes awhile to settle your stomache, or because of nerves, everyday on test day at school my stomache will growl, i think just to embarass me, but it might be stress.

The stomach churns in order to digest food. This produces noise like growling. Just because your stomach growls and you aren't hungry doesn't mean anything is wrong with you. Maybe your stomach is just irritated or you may have gas and not be able to expel it. Try some gasx or something to see if that solves the problem.

You may not be hungry, but i would try eating something anyway. My stomach often growls for a long time and this usually works for me.

Gastric noise without pain of hunger or other complaint of pain is usually gas-related. Try consuming massive amounts of sorbitol (this is just a hypothetical suggestion, DON'T DO IT) and see the results. That COULD be it, if it continues or becomes bothersome in more than its noisiness, as always, check with your doctor.

I wake up every morning at 3 to my stomach making quite the rumbling its usually because im hungry. It could also be something you ate, but that depends on how long ago you ate.

The pain could have been trapped gas and now it's not trapped anymore. You can either drink several glasses of water and give it time to pass or get some anti-gas pills from the store.
