Are you sure you have a lump , or could it be the join in the skull bones ? you did not mention if it was in the fleshy part.

Probably just a pimple or blackhead, possibly a boil or ingrown hair. If you're worried see the doc, but it doesn't sound serious.

It could be many things. If it moves, it could be a cyst, if it doesn't, it could be a tumor. It could be a plugged hair follicle...in any case, let a doctor look at it ASAP....Take care of yourself....
