Seriously I get so mean. every little thing makes me angry. I get upset when people touch me and when people call my name alot or try to talk to me repeadtly. I yell at my friends and then apologize to them. They say its ok because they know what its like. My question is why do I get so mean and upset at every little thing when I have my period?

You see, my classmate claims to be allergic to chocolate. I wore a lotion from Bath n' Body Works called "Wickedly Hot Chocolate," and I checked the ingredients and none are alike of actual chocolate. She said that she was not feeling well because of it. Is that possible?

My family and I are non-smokers but recently we have been very much disturbed by my neighbours downstairs who smoke a lot everyday. It would be all right if he smokes inside his house but he would always do so in his balcony and all the cigarette smell would travel to my house.

Second-hand cigarette smell is just as bad and health threatening. We have already tried speaking to him but unfortunately he carried on doing so.

Is there anything else we can do? I'm living in SIngapore by the way. Would really appreciate if any of you can help us.

Thanks.

I'm in a monogamous, safe sexual relationship and have never had a problem with odor. I go for routine checkups and bathe regularly, so I'm alright there. After my last cycle though, there's been this unpleasant "fishy" smell. Its not noticeable until after sex. Iknow BV carries that tell-tale scent. I've had BV once before, a few years ago and was treated. Is it possible that that's what's going on now?

I've already scheduled my appointment, so just plain ol' experience-related advice would be nice.

I have lately been so tired that I don't change my underwear before I go to bed...also I am on a budget and don't have that many pairs and don't like doing laundry all the time...is it okay for me to do this...to wear my underwear to bed after I wore it all day, and also is it okay if I change my underwear at night, but wear the underwear I slept in all day the next day? Or would doing this cause a vaginal infection?

i do alot of reading on this particular subject and am just curious to see what others think and feel too. it seems to me that women go on them to help something or prevent something- ovulation because of cysts, pregnancy, acne, whatever, and all they end up with is more physical, emotional and sometimes psychological problems. why are so many women going on them. yes, some pills do have "low" side effects, but it is something that will always have something negative attached with it. i wasn't always against the pill. i was on it for 2 and 1/2 years and had bad side effects like most do. then, i discovered that it was better before them. is anyone in aggreeance with me here that birth control pills are not good for you? thanks for your input!

I had the flu shot in early December but yesterday and today I am feeling feverish, have mild aches and pains and bad headache. Does having the flu shot just reduce the symptoms? I have had the flu before and was bed ridden for 3 days, this is nothing like that..

If you don't know about Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome which is a non-contagious disease of the Sympathetic nerve system. (Usually caused by a traumic injury) And if not properly diagnosed in the early stages - and you beat the 3 to 7yr average lifespan - I would like to hear from you. It is a HATEFUL - crippling - degenerating disease that leaves you in chronic to acute pain 24/7. There is not a cure for nerve pain - so the "after effects" are treated to try and keep you alive.

My coworker is worrying me. She is 62, 5-3, 119 lbs. She is desperately trying to lose weight, supposedly she has never been thist heavy. She wants to go down to 105lbs. What's worse, she started this low-carb to almost no-carb diet. She tries to exercise daily (moderately), but only eats 350 calories?? That's crazy. I tried to tell her she'll get sick, because her BMR is much higher than that. I said to her she doesn't need to burn all the calories she eats, duh, but she says it's the only way she'll lose wait. That it worked for her before... Makes no sense to me. I warned her. She said it's only temporary. Is it possible?
