Hi everyone! I was hoping you might be able to help answer my question... I've been having asthma problems lately (from a sinus infection and unseasonably warm weather). I'm on Prednisone, Flovent, and Albuterol treatments (all from my primary care) for my asthma alone, in addition to about 4 other medications for allergies and my sinus infection. My question is, if I have to go into the ER tonight for asthma symptoms (I had to go in 2 days ago too, but left before I was seen because I had a doctors appointment with my primary early in the morning and there would have been a 6 hour wait, therefore i would have been seen quicker just going to my existing appointment), would the doctors or nurses think I was "faking" or just having an "anxiety attack" (even though I do not suffer from anxiety) given the following information:

-I was not presently wheezing (although I was earlier)
-It feels laborous to breathe and I'm tired from breathing (you can visibly see me struggling)

..Considering this is a very sensitive area.
The eczema burns, itches, and the skin becomes inflamed, red, and peels. I try to cover it up with foundation but this causes increased peeling and draws attention to it. I've already tried Vaseline, Aquaphor, Cetaphil, and am currently trying prescription Cutivate which isn't really working well.

I was wondering if someone can help me on this one. Does getting off b/c increase your weight gain? I have been feeling a little heavier since I have been off and my appetite has increased a bit. Maybe I am overacting but give me your opinion.

I'm only 23 years old but I use to drink a lot, like a fith of liquor a day for nearly three years. I had blood in my stool before for a little over a year then I went to the doctor and he said it could be internal hemorids or ulcers on my colon. Not to sure what he was saying because the military sent me to a Korean doctor off base and he barley spoke english and my doctor didn't military physician didn't tell me anything. I have quit drinking though for over a year. So I don't know why I have blood in my stool again and sharp pain in my left side. The pain only last for about a min but it hurst like hell some times. Any Ideas?

My 9yr old labrador cross springer spaniel is healthy,fit and well but I have found several lumps of different sizes around her teats Iv taken her to the vet the lumps are in her mamory glands and has suggested large op to remove as many lumps as possible on one side Why not just do biopsy first? If it isnt cancer she need not go through a nasty op?if it is cancer will the op speed up the growths? any advise? im so scared putting my beautiful dog through big op and regretting messing with it as she is so well.If she was unwell i wouldnt think twice about it.

When I have an erection, I feel my foreskin is preventing my penis from extending out as far as it really could. Around the area where the head meets the shaft, it gets tight, almost as if it's in a noose. Because of that, the head of the penis is rather flushed. The sex is fine....I don't have any abnormal effects; just was curious if there was a way to stretch out the foreskin so that it wasn't that uncomfortable. Obviously, circumcision would be out of the question since I am an adult now and it would be complicated. Is it about needing to have more sex to stretch it out?

I started my period on the 3rd of this month and I have already stopped, like on the 6th or 7th, but to day I had some clear discharge with some light brown in it. I know you can spot when ovulating, but for several months now, I have counted and this is not my time to ovulate. My periods are pretty regular. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

i broke my collarbone. about 6 weeks later. my friend pushed me into the wall and it broke again. its been about 7 months now after the 2nd break and it still doesn't feel fully healed. what's wrong with me? i'm almost 15 years old now. it did not break all the way through.

This afternoon I had to go to dentist for my 6 mnthly check.
After removing the tartar he was polishing my teeth. Anyhow I started to cough and I could feel something on my tongue but it was too late-I swallowed the cleaning head. I eeved (if that's the way you spell it) and felt it slowly going down my throat.
After I drank about five glasses of water I could still feel it on my chest.
So he rang my local hospital and arranged to have an x ray.
Was told it will pass naturally.
Do you think could have the dentist for misconduct??

I have a very large chest for my body size...36DD and I'm 5 foot 1. I've always wanted to have reduction surgery but I've heard that it isn't advised if you plan on having children and breast feeding because the scars can stretch during pregnancy and the milk glands can be removed as part of the reduction. Can anyone offer advice of this...I'm only 23 and while I would like to have kids one day, I would love to feel better about my body before then (especially on my wedding day). I also can't see myself being financially able to do this after starting a family while I could afford the expense now. Does anyone know how much it costs? If anyone has gone through the surgery, I would love your input on the results and how much it changed the way you felt. Thanks.

Ive got bipolar and more on the depressed side right now. Its hard for me to sleep at night and Im wicked stressed about stuff. Im going to be finishing college in a year and I really have no clue what I want to do . I have been in college for about 7 years now and I feel like I have been stuck for a long time. My psychiatrist is tryin to show me ways to chill out but I just feel like there is too much to let chill. My view ahead is getting closer and closer and I just dont feel anything. I wish there was something to get me out of this haze. Nobody I talk to seems to have any answers so maybe could anyone offer some suggestions Im runnin out of energy waiting for some kind of direction.
