Well, what do you consider perfect? an absence of the HIV virus in your system? it is possible, look at magic Johnson, with the treatment he's been done the virus is apparently not on his system, but that's debatable as he's considered a carrier, not being killed by the virus. Technology and science has progressed at such degree that somebody (if not now but not known) there will be a way to erradicate this virus.
